🕐 Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

Note: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on the following Monday. We do not dispatch on bank holidays.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • We offer Next Day Delivery for UK customers

  • Express shipping for customers outside of the UK
  • All orders come with tracking information sent via email.

  • Next Day Delivery arrives within 24 hours after dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

💷 Shipping Costs

  • UK Next Day Delivery: £4.99

  • International: Shipping fees calculated at checkout

🔁 Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.

Q: What if I’m not home for delivery?

A: The courier will attempt delivery again the next working day. If unsuccessful, they’ll leave a card with collection details. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel — we are not liable for missed deliveries.

Q: Will I be able to change my delivery date or leave the parcel in a safe place?

A: Yes! Once you receive your tracking information, you’ll be able to manage your delivery using the courier’s tracking link. You can choose to:

– Leave the parcel with a neighbour

– Select a local pick-up point

– Leave it in a safe place

– Rearrange delivery for another day or time

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes — we ship all dried products worldwide. Please check for customs duties or import fees in your country, as these are not covered by us.
